What We Do

Using strategic IT planning as a tool to stimulate organizational dynamics and influence scales of efficiency MCS ...Strategic Technology Solutions, small business organized and existing under the laws of the District of Columbia, helps clients successfully launch reengineered processes to allow for growth, sector distinction and congruency with organizational missions. By helping align technology infrastructure with focused website design and the understanding of data and information, the development and launching of new or improved business initiatives is helped by maximizing technology leveraging capabilities. As President of MCS, Jerry Malitz brings a wide array of expertise to his clients in the field of information technology and data standards and how they can best be used to promote organizational growth and effectiveness. As the former Chief Information Technology Officer of the Institute of Education Sciences (Research and Statistics gathering arm of the U.S. Department of Education), the Chief Technology Officer and Webmaster for the National Center of Education Statistics (NCES), and as the Technology Outreach Director of NCES where he was one of the nation’s first champions for the effectiveness of technology in and outside the education system, he has constantly pushed for excellence and beyond.  His leadership and the successful programs he initiated and managed, constitutes the skills, vision and strategic intuition necessary to help promote and synchronize your technology programs to help you best serve your staff and your constituents while at the same time ensuring that your website activities become integral to your sector and global organizational ambitions.
